My pipe busted and I needed an emergency repair. I called Mr Rooter and Luis was there within 2 hours. The repair alone was a big job but Luis did an amazing job. He was professional and very thorough! He explained to me what needed to be done and when he finished the results were more than I expected. I will definitely be calling back!
Mr. Rooter of McHenry has always been very courteous and responsive. Recently I have been working with Jordan who efficiently has installed 2 pumps and an ejection drain for one of the sump pumps. The company is easy to communicate with and timely in sending help.
Konnor was an excellent Technician! He was great with our 4 legged family members and took on a challenging crawlspace with no problem. Great attitude, very professional, and shared a wealth of knowledge. Thanks for getting us all clear in less than 24hours!
