Sidebar here: During this worlds view changing to so much impatience & entitlement. We the customer really must stop slinging unwarranted mud. Don’t be reviewing bad reviews without merit. As we review our service industry workers(very difficult work), they review the customer aswell. Soon you will find yourself cancelled when you really need help with a REAL water Emergency. Jacob Z did excellent work in replacing our water heater. Really kind individual, explained everything, showed me with examples, and walked me through the process in depth for my understanding. Very quick work too.
