Dr Bernie Ranchero, and his entire staff are very fun, professional , and courteous . You actually feel calm and relaxed when here, unlike other doctors offices that make you antsy and nervous. Always a pleasure to see Dr Ranchero... he has such a positive and upbeat personality.

Doctor Ranchero is an Awesome physician! It is so hard to find a doctor with a good bedside manner. That is one of the endearing strengths that Dr. Ranchero has. I've seen other Drs that are good at what they do but have no personality. With Dr. Ranchero you get the best of both. The only reason for the 4 stars is the wait times. (I feel half guilty giving the 4 stars as I don't want to take away any credit from Dr Ranchero or his staff as they are great.) It usually takes anywhere from 25 minutes to an hour to see the Dr. after your initial appointment time. This could be for the fact that the Dr takes time with each and every patient for a personal experience and tries...read full review
