We use the Manhattan location solely because of Dr. Jim Sowinski. He is a knowledgable professional, and is very empathetic with his patients. Others we have referred to him share our sentiments.
The staff was very welcoming,knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Sowinski performed a thorough eye exam and offered several options for my vision care; he was compassionate and also professional in his demeanor. Julia was fabulous helping me pick out glasses and comparing various pricing discounts available to me; this was a much different experience than with our previous provider and we will recommend this office and provider to our family and friends!
Never an issue, always a friendly and professional staff. Dr was updated on family eye health history and I feel confident that I am in good hands if I am diagnosed with the same eye condition and that it will be managed.
