I haven't done Yoga in a LONGG time and my first class with Michelle was AMAZING (Hatha Class) she made it very easy to follow. I was able to both challenge myself a bit and relax my mind and body. I left feeling like a whole new person! 10/10 recommend!!

I don't do yoga very often at all but I went with my wife to a class and it was great!The instructor, Katie, created a very welcoming, chill, comfortable setting for people of all walks of life to be able to get in tune with their body. Thinkin I'll be back sometime sooner than later for sure.

Julie worked with me after my pregnancy and employed several Ayurveda practices to help restore my body back to balance. I would highly recommend working with her. She is kind, patient and knowledgeable.
