We got a last minute job and needed chemicals. I called a three state area and Magic Wand was the only place that had what I needed. Lynn was OUTSTANDING! She was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. She arranged everything for me and I drove from Wisconsin to this Lombard location. Upon arrival I was greeted by Tim, a newer employee who had everything ready to go. He said one of the bottles was leaking, he transferred the product to a new bottle and was wiping them all down to assure I didn’t have a mess! Poor guy ruined his pants when the leaky bottle dripped on him. He also had incredible customer service skills! If he didn’t know what to do, he figured it out.... read full review
