I was very happy with the results of my hair and makeup on my wedding day, but I have to take off a star because it took a lot of effort to get to that point. I liked BBA's transparent website, responsiveness via email, and the example photos they sent. I live in Wisconsin and was getting married in Chicago, so they were pretty easy to work with remotely which I also liked. I had my first bridal trial and the girl who did my hair was not listening to what I wanted at all and the one who did my makeup really tried but she struggled to give me the natural look I was going for.
