They like to screw over their customers, regardless of if there's a pandemic or not. They tell you they care, they just don't tell you that they only care about the money in your account. Giving someone the option to refinance for 45% or be faced with repossession because they call and tell Cook they're going to be late on a payment due to quarantine. Hearts of gold!
