Anupama is the best thing that happened to me for last 15 years!! I started with her because of lower back pain and numbness going down to my foot on my right side. Physical therapy worked adversely for me but Anupama with her listening ears and studying my problem came up with personal workout routine which helped me recover unbelievably. Thanks Anupama for making me who I am today and making me believe that I can run 5 k and able to enjoy hikes too. Love each class and meditation sessions!!

Anu is one of the best yoga instructors I’ve trained with, and I’m so glad to have found her - she’s made a significant difference in my recovery and overall well-being. I began working with her after a painful surgery that left me physically and emotionally depleted. Even after recovery, my strength and mobility were significantly reduced.
When I first met Anu, I was skeptical about whether I’d ever regain my strength. But after just one session, I felt encouraged to give it a try. I’m truly thankful I put my trust in her at that point.
Over the past 2.5 months, she has not only helped me rebuild my physical strength through yoga but also supported my emotional recovery. Through her meditation guidance, I’ve become a calmer, more focused, and more confident person. She customizes each session based on how I’m feeling, physically and mentally - which truly makes all the difference.
Her extensive knowledge and years of experience in therapeutic yoga, along with her calm and grounded demeanor, create an environment where you feel supported and motivated to stay consistent. She meets you where you are, without any judgment, and encourages you to keep going at your own pace.
I’m genuinely happy with the progress I’ve made; and for the first time in a long while, I actually look forward to my yoga classes!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Anu Buzruk is truly a one-of-a-kind yoga instructor. What sets her apart is the incredible amount of thought and care she puts into every session. She doesn’t just lead a generic yoga lesson —she actually preplans each lesson around my specific physical limitations, stress points, and goals.
She combines deep knowledge of anatomy with a calm, grounding presence that makes me feel seen, heard and supported.
I look forward to continuing to improve in both my physical strength and mental well-being. Anu is helping me rebuild muscles (some of which I didn’t even realize I needed) as well as reduce my pain and stress.

Anu is a great yoga instructor. She has a very calming voice and presence. I enjoyed her summer sunrise yoga classes. I appreciated that she tailored each class to our wants and needs. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her yoga practice. Her style is supportive, gentle, and focused. I’m grateful that she gave me the opportunity to take some time for myself. Her breathing techniques help me in my day-to-day life when I need to slow down. Her meditations left me feeling very relaxed and calm. I highly recommend taking a class with Anu! I have been doing yoga classes with Anu for several months now. She is very patient and encouraging. I love that she tailors each class to our body’s needs. She always explains the purpose of each pose or movement, and gives constructive feedback as she observes us practice. I can already tell that my fitness is slowly improving and I look forward to continuing along this path of wellness. She also includes breathing and meditation exercises into every class, which helps immensely with calming the mind. I have done classes both in-person and over zoom, and have enjoyed both. At the end of each class I feel rejuvenated and at peace. I am so grateful to be able to learn from Anu. I highly recommend Yoganubhav!
