I called Diamond Carpet Cleaning regarding my cleaning needs. I made an appointment with them and they discussed the information pertaining to the cross in my appointment time. I received a reminder message the day before and the day of that they would be there within 30 minutes of the time I scheduled my appointment for. They were very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend and use them again.

Diamond Carpet Cleaning cleaned the carpets in three rooms in our home. They even cleaned our stairs for free, as he was already there. This exceeded our expectations! Kim was very professional and nice while he was in our home. He gave recommendations and did a thorough cleaning.
