I had an appointment at 6:30pm. I was called by the salon to reschedule my appointment to 4:30pm. I agreed. I got there at 4:25pm just to be told 20min after they had double booked the slot. They "thought" I canceled my appointment. The lady at the front desk just continued to look at me, not the other person who was doubled book but me. One of us had to offer to wait or reschedule. I'm not upset at the mistake, but the behavior and body language from the front staff towards myself. I'm very disappointed I was expected to accommodate myself a second time for the establishment. I came here for the first time for my daughter’s hair cut and totally in love with it. Laura cut her hairs and my daughter is in love with her new hair cut. Beautiful and relaxing ambiance and experiences stylists. Highly recommend!
I have been getting facials with Tundi for years. Not only is she the sweetest, kindest person you’ll ever meet! But she’s very knowledgeable with what she does and so relaxing, I never want to leave. I’ve been seeing her once a month for about a year due to my face breaking out from wearing a mask all day with my profession, and she’s turned everything around. She’s helped me formulate a skincare routine that I do day & night. I say this with 100% honesty, she’s got the hands of an angel. I would recommend her to anyone.
