I scheduled an appointment for June 11th to celebrate birthdays, and the appointment was confirmed and accepted. I was then contacted and told that the person would be out of town that day. That information should have been communicated at the time the appointment was scheduled, not afterward. This was meant to be a special celebration, so having plans changed after confirmation is very disappointing.

I get monthly facials at Salt of the earth, it is always been an enjoyable experience. The staff are very kind and welcoming. I love my esthetician, Shannon J 💓. Recently, I booked my mom and sister hot stone massages, and they loved the experience. Thank you all for being kind and professional.

I got a lymphatic massage with Krystyna last week and she did a wonderful job. I paid about $150 for a 60 minute lymphatic massage + immunity boost foot massage + 15 minute sauna (pay per minute). I would highly recommend getting the added foot massage especially if you have poor circulation like me. The woman at the front desk recommended using the sauna afterwards to sweat everything out. The place is clean and peaceful, and they offered a cold face towel after I got out of the sauna. Thank you Krystyna - I will be back!

Not only is the spa wonderful and the services extraordinary, but the customer service is A+. I had an issue with a booking and they were happy to assist and take care of me. I would 100% recommend this location for massage and facial services. The staff is wonderful!!

Salt is the place to go when you want to destress detoxify and RELAX!! Friendliest staff that go out of their way to make sure YOU have the best experience every time! Skilled team of massage therapist and offer many services . Highly recommend checking out Salt of the Earth .. You wont be disappointed. Nothing like it anywhere in Lake County.

My friend and I came here for the first time for hot stone massage and salt room for an hour. After waiting for a few minutes a lady came out to check us in and asked if we wanted to use the bathroom. I said yes and she said to us we will have to use the men's room because someone was in the women's. She told us to come back up to the front for our therapist to get us. When we came out of the bathroom the therapists were standing in the hall right outside of the men's room and told us to follow them. Neither one told us about the lockers to put our stuff in or anything about robes being available. When we asked about that they went and got us robes for after the massages.My friend had Carrie and I had Linda. My friend said Carrie gave her the best hot stone massage she has ever had. Afterwards Carrie took her to lock up her things in a locker and escorted her to our salt room where she explained to her all about what to expect there, set her up with blanket, explained the gravity chair and poured her water expressing the importance of hydration. When I was done with my massage Linda said just bring your stuff with you and walked me to the Salt room where she said ok just get in the gravity chair and use the lever to adjust it and walked away! She basically just dropped me off without any care or information unlike what Carrie gave my friend. I would have expected the same care from her. I would go back but wouldn't schedule anything with Linda.

Madelyn does great facials! The place is clean, and relaxing, workers are friendly, and everything is explained well! The salt cave is peaceful and a whole experience! I recommend Salt spa 😀
