Cindy and Rich are incredible coaches who truly know how to motivate and support you with both nutrition and exercise. Cindy is one of the most encouraging and positive people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, and her energy is contagious. The spa services are outstanding. Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish!

Bodyworks is in neat area near downtown Libertyville and it’s in a newly renovated building with a well equipped gym, spa and massage rooms. Karen has been the best massage therapist ever! She is experienced in different techniques and knowledgeable in anatomy and sore muscles and tendons. I highly recommend this plac and Karen for a massage.

Cindy and Rich are amazing coaches with diet and exercise! Cindy is the most encouraging and positive person i've ever had the pleasure in meeting. Front desk staff is friendly. Spa services are amazing. Dawn gives the most wonderful massages. Always great deals on gym/spa services. Their diet program 100% works and I've never felt better. I will always confidently recommend Ideal Protein diet and Bodyworks services to anyone asking.

Christine is a great massage therapist and really helped my body feel better after a tough training block. I’d go to her weekly if I could but I moved across the country and only get a chance to get a massage here a few times a year!

Lauren was awesome. She listens and does a good job of finding knots I didn’t even know I had. Highly recommend the 80 minute full body massage with her. Relaxing and clean environment as well.

I have had multiple massages with Sarah and every one exceeds expectations. The spa is spotless, the staff are helpful and efficient and Sarah is amazing. Highly recommended!

I went in the other day to get a laser hair treatment by Joni. I used to go to another place in Libertyville but couldn't any longer because my hours changed with my new job and I couldn't make an appt earlier than 6pm on a week day. I could tell from the appointment that it was going much better than the other place I was at (she was taking her time more, not just speeding to get me in and out). Anyways, I could tell from the experience that Joni truly cares about her clients and getting them the best results. She's not just on a mission to suck the cash out of your wallet, she actually wants you to get the results you're looking for so she takes her time. Not to mention, she's also very friendly! I recommend this place. The atmosphere is peaceful and calming. I will be returning for the rest of my laser hair removal treatments.
