Our oven went out on Christmas day. We called our warranty company, and they sent out JT Service to fix the problem the next day. Vadym came. out and he was very nice and professional. He said it was the ignition switch that went bad on our stove and replaced it right away. He took the time to explain what he was doing and if anything goes wrong, don't hesitate to call back and they will take care of it. I would highly recommend them.
