I can't say enough good things about the staff at this facility. Every time I called and made appointments or had changes Natalia and Amanda were extremely friendly and helpful. They are the gold standard for customer service.

My assigned therapist took great care in accessing my pain level, level of movement, and altering excercises as needed to ensure I was not stagnating in my improvement.
There is a variety of equipment and accessories to change my routine as needed. My therapist was genuinely concerned with getting me mobile in the 4 weeks he was assigned me.

I sincerely love the entire staff at IBJI in Lake Barrington. Their concern for my post operative progress has been professional, and truly sincere. Their knowledge and approach to my improvement is most admirable and consistent. And the kindness and patience I experienced at IBLI has been very helpful in my recovery, of which I am extremely grateful.
Some of that gratitude is extended to Julia,
Chris , Juliann, Natalia and Amanda. As well as everyone else whose name my memory has failed to recall. Really, the best physical therapy facility in the area.
