I've been going to Massage Envy for over 10 years (this location since 2016) and I'd say I have close to no complaints.Pros:- affordable monthly plans if you like frequent stretches or massages- good array of therapists with different specialties and skills- good communication when there are issues with appointments (therapist sick, etc)- solid environment, waiting room, massage rooms, light therapy room, relaxing spa music, etc- solid flexibility to pause your membership, gift sessions to a spouse for a small extra fee, etc.Cons:- there aren't many deep tissue therapists if that's your thing (it's my thing)--typically just a couple/few per location- the experience and...read full review

absolutely amazing! i had a 60 minute massage with armenia. starting from the second i walked in, massage envy staff were SO kind and professional. it was calming and actually fun to go over the consultation questions. in the massage room, armenia made me feel safe and comfy. i recently had a surgery and she was understanding and definitely took it into account during my full body massage. checkout was really easy. i love the team here!tip: enter from the east entrance

I have only been able to get an appointment once and have tried multiple times for single appointments after. Throughout the months. Scheduling I feel is their biggest weakness as you can go through all the steps. And still have “no appointment” on the day you show up for said appointments. Whether it comes down to over scheduling or not following through. It makes it hard to want to be a repeat customer. I had been given free massages by friends to use, and also “upgrades” by the staff for my “next appointment” which seems to never be able to happen.
