As soon as I came in for service the lady at the desk greeted me with a smile and understood my needs when I explained why I was there. I would have been overwhelmed with as many customers she had waiting but she was answering the phone, taking down notes, greeting everyone that came in and helped me all at once.
She is the face of V.W. She is your greatest asset.
This was my first time using the mobile service and it was an amazing experience. They picked up my car from work and dropped it off washed 4 hours later. They were friendly and it was beyond convenient.
