I recently had an exceptional service experience with the Hawk Volkswagen Service team in Joliet, from the moment I arrived till the time I picked up my vehicle everyone I encountered was so pleasurable to deal with. I arrived a little early 15 minutes before 7am opening time, Hilary came out to greet me and let me know that she would be with me momentarily. I addressed my concerns to Hilary and she wrote me up and let me know that they would do everything to get my car in and serviced and keep me updated and just like that she had me on my way, I used the courtesy shuttle to get to work that was so very helpful in my situation she informed me that the shuttle just arrived... read full review
Went for an oil change. They told me everything else on the car was in good condition. No trying to upsell, the vehicle is 14 years old so I was expecting them to say I needed something, I was happy that they were honest.
Hawk Volkswagen service department is the best! Hilary O.was so friendly and helpful! Hilary went above and beyond to ensure I had the best service! Thank you Hilary and hawk auto service!
