The best service department I have ever experienced from a dealership. The service department is a great part of buying from Hawk and should be used as a selling point for future customers. The ease of making appointments and having multiple available time and days so it can work with my schedule. I think they even offer to pick up your car and bring it back if you live/work in the area. The service department staff is always friendly and welcoming. Double checks what you booked for and any other concerns. I’ve had my 10,000 and 20,000 checks and they’ve all been done in about an hour time frame. As soon as I came in for service the lady at the desk greeted me with a smile and understood my needs when I explained why I was there. I would have been overwhelmed with as many customers she had waiting but she was answering the phone, taking down notes, greeting everyone that came in and helped me all at once.
She is the face of V.W. She is your greatest asset.
