Ascension St. Joseph Joliet - Birthing Center

I had an echo cardiogram done at St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet on 08/28/2023 by Echo Tech Theresa. Theresa was awesome, she explained in a way what the test was all about and how it worked. You could tell she had gentle caring demeanor. She put you at ease with her confident job knowledge. She was professional, warm and compassionate with a sense of humor.I needed an IV placed in my hand.That is when I meant a most wonderful RN named Glenda. Again my total respect goes out to all who work in a medical facility. After being treated horribly at Silver Cross and leaving after being told it's a 19 hour wait there I came here and was treated with compassion and respect by all staff members and nurses. I will, without a doubt, be coming here instead if I ever need emergency care. Thank you Elizabeth for the kind and attentive care.

Was in Cath Lab this week for a procedure. All of the staff in area and in lab were wonderful. Very caring and considerate. Could not have asked for anything more. I can see why my doctor uses this for his patients procedures. My only negative experience was with employee at admissions. She did not want to be at work and was dismissive towards my wife and I.
