Wow! Stay away from these guys. Called and asked for help with Pension question and RMD's. I then asked if they had 2 mins to discuss the issue. Here is what I got (I AM NOT KIDDING). "NO NO" "Click - hang up.. Are you kidding me? because it's 4.30pm and close to closing time....you hang up on a potential customer? Never seen such poor customer service in my life!!!! How do you hang up on a potential customer asking if he can ask a question? Stay away - very volatile
