Recently refreshed equipment. Got rid of things many people loved and kept or added things nobody uses. Frustrating, but it a nice place. Clean. Simple. Many options for great workouts. Good trainers. Rarely crowded.
If I could give them zero stars I would. Steer clear of northwestern healthbridge in huntley. Had my account on pause until my son gets here they charged me two months and the 10$ the account hold instead of just 10$ account hold. I explain to the lady over the phone what if my account overdrafts because of your mistake who pays that? She argued with me for 5 minutes that’s not how banks work to then admit she actually wouldn’t know because the only thing she would see is if they’re processed or not. I came to the ER by ambulance because of a badly swollen leg and at this point I've been here a few hours and not been seen yet by a doctor. Perhaps I should have gone to Sherman hospital! But Northern has this great reputation Maybe the closest it gets to the downtown hospital is the sign out front. I hope to be seen by a doctor soon and get some relief for this leg pain and swelling.
