The lovely black women who work there are absolutely helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately the owners will stare and follow you as if you're stealing. Twice I've visited and have had the same uncomfortable experience. ...but then again this is the normal experience in any Asian owned beauty supply ha!

My mother purchased a two piece blue jean outfit that was labeled as XXL. But ran smaller in size. She went in to return and the owner refused to give her a refund. Please be aware of fraudulent practices.

I shopped at this location on 02/07/22 with my 16 year old daughter she was going in to get braiding hair and other things my son came in shortly after her they purchased the items they needed with a credit card the clerk asked my 16 year old minor daughter to turn around in face the camera because she was using a credit card also asked her who card is she using this is illegal. I went in after my daughter and son stated to me what happened and asked why is this being done the older lady was very disrespectful the owner who is of Asian decent never responded because she know she can be held liable for this. I also explained to them that your profiling people this is not done with every transaction so I will be pursuing this issue further. You will not violate rules and regulations just because your in a certain area. They will not be doing this in other areas.
