Mike Lotz and his coworker did a beautiful job. An exterior front door was installed. The old door and all the debris were cleaned up and removed from my house. I highly recommend his services for work.

Mike Lotz and his team did a great job of installing my new Therma Tru door and sidelight. They did the whole project, including some additional trim work I requested, in just three hours. There were some minor issues with the door seal but these were primarily factory defects. Mike's trim carpenters did exceptional work. I would recommend Mike and his team.

Lotz Renovations did a wonderful job with our house projects. Mike was timely in providing a detailed quote for our various requests of new flooring, painting and a bathroom shower install.
