A very forward, thinking diligent group of people .. they are definitely more than just taxes!! they have always made my experience pleasant and very reasonable.

My 2023 Tax season was a debacle here I do not recommend. Staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional with me this year. Taxes were lost, sent again, lack of communication, rude.... Except for Jennifer, she's the best but forget the rest. I'll be moving on from this place

We have been using Krueger & Associates for 15 years and have been extremely happy. Friendly staff, nice location and very easy to work with. Would strongly recommend.

Three years in a row and we can never speak to anyone other than receptionist. Even when they make an error that added another $500 to the taxes we owed still no apology just it was our computer software. So beware apparently no personal service.

Incredibly impersonal. Made a mistake on our taxes and wouldn't call us back. Matt's voicemail was completely full from other client calls, so we couldn't leave him one. Ended up emailing him, and he would only talk to us through his secretary. Unbelievable.
