This was my first time visiting this office to renew my DOT MED CARD. The check in process was very simple and quick. The staff and Dr was welcoming and polite. I am very much pleased with my experience and will definitely return and recommend. Thank you

A+++. dr robin is seriously so great :). it really means the world to an individual when youre adressed by your name:) because she remembers you. and the staff is top notch. keepin it professional but at the same time they can cut a rug with you. lol. highly recommended. much love

Went there for a DOT physical. This is my 3rd physical i got there .The staff very friendly. DR Ellworth very down to earth and friendly . I enjoy talking to her . And they get you in and out in a very timely manner. I would recommend Ellsworth chiropractic to anyone
