The staff here are extremely professional and the atmosphere is amazing. I love that it feels like I can get an infusion in my living room. They even have TVs with apps so you can watch Netflix or Hulu during your appointment. Thanks for the excellent service!
The receptionist was friendly and very helpful to the point of printing out something that I had questioned. She even provided a small computer for me to use rather than my phone. She was upbeat and offered refreshments. . . more than once. The nurse practitioner was warm and compassionate and explained everything thoroughly and asked if I had any questions; I did not. All in all it was really a wonderful experience.
If I could give more stars I would. The facility is comfortable, clean, and accommodating. All of the staff are kind, friendly, and knowledgeable at what they do. I can’t say enough about the friendly interactions I’ve had during every visit. I have really bad anxiety with needles and they have helped every way possible to make the process more comfortable for me. So blessed to be able to go here.
