The maid staff of 5 that work for our parish 2x per week are doing a fantastic job in cleaning and maintaining our facility. The maid staff are courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend their services.

If you want cleaning perfection, do it yourself. Seriously, if you want someone on their hands and knees with a toothbrush, don't hire someone, do it yourself. I am content to have a four-person crew, in an hour, clean my four-level house. They clean the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, vacuum, mop, straighten, dust and take out the garbage in less time than it would take me to do my kitchen. If I wanted to spend 8 hours doing all this, it could be done, but then I would be useless for the week. Hour Maid does a good job, it isn't cheap, but then I don't have to move from room to room trying to stay out of the way for hours. And I've had this crew coming,... read full review

I’ve used Hour Maid Service from time to time when I just need some help. I have a 1375 sq ft home in Skokie with a Master suite, a guest bedroom, a full bath with separate stand up shower and a half bath along with standard living room/ dining room and kitchen. I say all this so you realize for one hour and 4 women nothing should be MISSED! I was clear upon their arrival at 7:00 am prompt what I wanted and needed done so that it is helpful to me. This included not going around things on table tops but take them off and dust polish or clean and return items which I’ll later get in order. I asked all floors to be swept, vacuumed and mopped, all baseboards to be wiped... read full review
