The doctor actually makes snide remarks occasionally, which I suppose are based on what the staff tells him about you. When you ask him, what does that mean, he won't answer. Otherwise he's pleasant--if you can hear what he's saying. When you call repeatedly & even send a brief letter of explanation, the staff still doesn't correct the false information they've erroneously put in your "patient portal". They assure you they will delete their error, but they don't. Evidently they expect you not to be annoyed at this behavior. It's not a particularly friendly place.
