I had an eye emergency late in the evening, called the office & got a number to call after hours. The doctor answered promptly and didn't seem offended due to the late hour. He asked questions about my symptoms and I was told to come to the office the next morning, even though the office was closed. The doctor prepared us a little of what may be taking place if surgery was going to be needed. After getting to the office, the doctor ran several tests, dilated my eyes and very thoroughly determined what was causing my symptoms. Fortunately, no surgery was needed at this time. I took my granddaughter to Best in Sight and was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism each member showed. The doctor had a great personality and they all were extremely helpful. My granddaughter’s glasses fell off her face a week later and broke. They found a frame her lens would fit in until her glasses were repaired. It’s too bad they don’t take Humana Medicare because they would have another patient.

The doctors and staff were great. They took the time with me to explain everything and not just rush me out the door. It’s refreshing to have an eye doctor that genuinely cares for their patients. Even though it was my first time there, they made me feel like I was one of their favorite regular customers. If I could give 10 stars I would!!!
