All flawless experiences with explanations along the way. Like other reviews we have never been suggested work that was not required. They have never tried to upsell us - just told what was required to make our HVAC system work efficiently. We will continue to use FR for years to come.

We have used this company several times. Never have they ever fixed things that didn't need fixing . Also, the fairness of the service calls, pricing, quality of work will not be beat by anyone else. The last time I called them after listening to.my furnace problem, the man on the phone talked me through how to fix it myself as to not have to pay for anything!! Who does that??!! My husband owns his own business, so we appreciate the integrity of Frankfort Residential. I will definately be calling them for all of my future heating and AC needs.
