I pass by the Elms on my daily walks with my dogs, and when my husband died after a tragic accident, I looked no further for funeral services than the Elms. When my son and I went in to make the arrangements for George, we were met with kindness, compassion, and professionalism by Miles Fogle, funeral director, and Donna, the office assistant. I was touched by their caring and and sensitivity as we planned my husband's memorial. Mr. Fogle and Donna kept us informed as the Medical Examiner began an investigation into my husband's death and to when he would be cremated. We were allowed to set up items and photos for the memorial the day before it was scheduled. Again, Miles and Donna made sure that everything was exactly as we wanted it to be, including playing Queen music during visitation. The Elms is lovely and tranquil. The chapel is tastefully decorated, the lounge was spotless and tasteful, and the washrooms were clean and well appointed. Truly, I could not have asked for a more wonderful, tasteful, and beautiful experience as we said goodbye to our husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. I highly recommend using the Elms and Mr. Fogle if you have a need for funeral services. A sad experience was made easier for us due to their sympathy, sensitivity, kindness and care.

It's hard to articulate how happy I was that we chose The Elms to help us say goodbye to our beloved mother. First, the space is modern, bright and elegant--not at all stuffy and dark like some funeral homes. With only one salon, the whole place is dedicated to one family. The ample parking turned out to be essential. But it was really the attentive, compassionate service from Michael and his team that made everything so easy. Because of them, our sadness was not compounded by stress or frustration. They helped us display photos, collect cards, greet visitors and just enjoy the company of our friends and family. At no turn did anyone decline our requests or try to upsell us on anything; honestly, I was able to forget that The Elms is a business at all. Within a week afterward, Michael gave us digital copies of the guest book (sorted alphabetically) and a digital photo of every card that came with a flower arrangement, making it easy for us to thank everyone who had expressed condolences. I don't wish for anyone to need the services of a funeral home, but when that time comes, I emphatically recommend The Elms.

I can even begin to say how Wonderful working with Michael Rominski from Elm Funeral home was during our difficult time . Michael was everything you could imagine and more! He was warm, kind, loving, compassionate, informative, knowledgeable and most of all trustworthy!! He went above and beyond anything I could ask for, and more. Everything was Beautiful and ran perfectly!..Thank you to Michael Rominski and to everyone else at Elm that helped send my Beautiful Aunt ( Laura Gagliano) to her final resting place. I know she is happy and in peace. All of the people at elms are so caring.I was here in Australia when my mum passed on 12/2....they took care of her until she was buried on 9/2...by then I'd talked to them all....including the guy with the undertakers voice at midnight...HE didn't mind at all...he had my mum in his care and he was wonderful....the Welsh man who calmed me more than once and helped me grieve with photos....cas I couldnt be there and luke who there on the day.the lady who answered the phone immediately knew who I was, maybe my Ozzie accent, maybebecause they know who's in their care and the people that are left hurting...I can honestly say these people, everyone of them were so kind and made losing my mum ...easier, more comfortable, more natural.I don't know which of the guys walked my mum out of the funeral home....but thank you. it was very special. I'll remember it foreverkaren...

Stephanie and staff was amazing. I trusted them with the care of my Mama.They came out of their way on Easter Sunday, to make sure that my mama would be under their care soon as possible. Stephanie guide me through every step of the way. She text back anytime I answered her regardless of what time it was. They made me feel very comfortable in knowing but they were taking care of my Mama. Stephanie went the extra mile to make that we were able to give her a beautiful service even under the circumstances. The staff at the funeral home were very professional. I will be forever grateful for Stephanie and The Elms Funeral home for all they did for my family and I.

The Elms Funeral Home was compassionate, caring and very helpful during this difficult time. They worked with me on packages that were affordable and kept my informed on every step prior to the funeral. During the service they were there for any needs but kept their distance to allow us privacy. Our director, Spencer was great. I would highly recommend this facility.
