had a huge mess after the last winter storm with salt and mud tracked all over the carpets at our place in chicago. msch came in with the heavy duty steam cleaners and saved the day. honestly thought we were gonna have to replace the rugs but they got almost every stain out. it took a lot of work but the team didnt quit until it looked right. really saved us a lot of money on renovations. great crew.
