Absolutely the best experience I have ever received from a medical facility EVER! Every single team member here was very friendly, explained what they were going to do, and they were also very professional. In addition, they saw I was physically challenged, and went out of their way to help me. I did a lot of research before I came here, and I made the right decision. They are the BEST! and Thank you!

I highly recommend Dr. Joseph Krob to anyone seeking care for Spine related issues. From my first visit, Dr. Krob was understanding, empathetic, and took the time to listen to my concerns. He never rushed through appointments and always made sure all of my questions were answered. He performed surgery and I received exceptional care afterward. He personally came to see me in the hospital numerous times to check on my progress. This meant a great deal to me during my recovery process.
Dr. Krob genuinely cares about his patients and their well being. I highly recommend Dr. Krob if you are looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, Orthopedic surgeon,

I received multiple text messages before my first appointment reminding me to bring a $200 deductible payment, which already felt a bit impersonal. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve from there.

Dr. Daniel’s bedside manner was lacking, and I didn’t feel much effort was made to create a comfortable or welcoming environment. After my appointment, I asked the front desk for a receipt or any documentation of my visit. I was told to check the patient portal the next day, or come back in a few days if I wanted a printed copy.

Overall, the experience felt more focused on collecting payment than on patient care. Something as simple as providing a receipt at checkout should be standard and convenient.

Do not go here. I had ACL reconstruction surgery thru them and I’m 14 months post op still have knee pain and I never got my extension back. im not able to flex my quad muscles fully. One of the nurses at this office are rude as hell (forgot her name) the doctor makes you wait 15 just for a 2 min follow up but if you’re 1 min late they spam your phone. Oh ok so if they make us wait 15 min past my SCHEDULED appointment time but if I’m a minute late they complain??? Horrible place. Insurance give you only 20’aessikns max. And doc don’t do anything about it so my physical therapy sucked too. very half assed care. don’t go to Athletico either. they suck.

My Mom was a CORE patient for many years. She saw several different doctors. We were both extremely happy with all the doctors there! Professional, personable. You never feel rushed, or like you're asking a dumb question. And now that it's my turn to work on my health, I wouldn't go to anyone else 😁
Not just the doctors and nurses and PAs, but the ladies at the front desk and the x-ray tech (my personal favorite) - they all make you feel good that you're there.
You will not want to see anyone else for anything orthopedic in nature. 😁

I contacted Core Orthopedics Therapy for physical therapy and asked for a cost estimate before starting treatment. The front desk staff and Angeline the PT reviewed my doctor’s notes and told me the visit would be “a hundred-something dollars” billed to insurance, with me responsible for 20%. Based on that, I agreed to proceed.
Instead, they billed my insurance $360, one code for every 15 min spent there, leaving me with a much higher out-of-pocket cost. When I called billing, Veronica said I must have misunderstood and claimed they don’t give estimates, refused to check with the staff who gave me the quote, and told me to contact my insurance. I was also warned the balance could be sent to collections. This felt like a bait-and-switch, and the customer service was very disappointing. I won’t be returning and recommend getting everything in writing before starting treatment.

Dr Drake and his team are fantastic! I had both right and left shoulders operated on with tremendous success. Right 11/24 Left 4/25.
Dr Drake works with my physical therapist to ensure I am meeting his protocols.
I am very pleased with the response and the pain management post op.

Visiting from Florida, my husband was a former patient 10 years ago. He fell and needed to be checked out because of recent knee replacement . Dr Murray was the best!! Took lots of time answering all our questions the staff was great getting us in. Thank you!!!!!

I have been going to Core Ortho for years. They are a fantastic team. Dr. Drake and Metz have both done procedures on my hands and shoulders. I trust them very much and will continue to refer them to others.
