Last year my heater was shooting out a flame. I was given a good price on a furnace replacement. Mike A. came out and replaced the furnace. He was extremely professional and explained everything he was doing from beginning to end. I felt like he went above and beyond. He also cleaned everything out and even had to replace some of the duct work. I know there are some places that would charge extra fees for what he did. I would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Mike Amato, a service technician. He answered all of my questions fully. He is very knowledgeable. This was the first time he saw my units. One small issue was noted and we plan to keep an eye on it before taking further action. It was easy to get an appointment. I feel good knowing I had my units checked.

We have been using Al Kaplan Heating and Air Conditioning Co. for over 40 years. This is a family owned but. They really care about their customers. They have emergency service and respond quickly. They are always professional and friendly and very qualified to care for my heating and AC needs. They just installed a furnace for us working from 8am to 6pm. Had to move water heaters ( tight space). They stayed til the job was done. They are the best!

We have used Al Kaplan for our A/C and heaters since 2010. They have always been fair and honest and easy to get a hold of in an emergency situation.We have had 3 new A/C’s installed and 2 new heaters. They always perform great work and provide reliable maintenance follow up.
