Our converted attic second floor had always been significantly hotter than the rest of the house in the summer and colder in the winter, so we suspected that there was an insulation issue. It was a great customer experience working with A&D Home Improvement. The sale person Ian walked me through every detail of my roof construction and what to expect. Gave me appropriate suggestions and real willingness to help. The company tried to push my case asap since they saw the damage on my roof. It was sooner than I expected. The workers were very careful, respectful and professional doing the job, taking care of our property’s surrounding.

Ian explained everything perfectly. Estimate was accurate. And response was immediate. Ian also was very patient as we had insurance and our work schedules to work around. Always prompt with replies and never intrusive. Answered all questions and followed up with paperwork and/or email/text as appropriate. Perfect customer service. Chris the roofing foreman was kind and professional as well. Ensured the safety of the project and protected the landscaping.
