I’ve been to 3 classes at Vive so far and I love it! The instructors create a welcoming environment for newbies to feel comfortable practicing alongside experienced yogis. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about Vive! The teachers are wonderful; they’re welcoming no matter your skill set and they offer classes for every level. I wish I could make every class in person because the studio has such a great vibe but love having the ability to attend class virtually as well. It’s such a great addition to downtown Edwardsville.

I’m so very grateful to have Vive in my life! I’ve been going to weekly classes for several years and simply love the space, the teachers, and the community of kind and friendly people it brings together ?Every class is suitable for all experience levels because the instructors are great about offering modifications for beginners and challenges for experienced yogis. Felice (studio owner) is so sweet and talented and is always incredibly quick to respond to questions and suggestions. My favorite classes are Friday morning Vinyasa (perfect kick-off to the weekend!), Sunday Buti with Cassie (super fun class!
