1st time user. A sport coat I had cleaned came back missing a button. I called about it and they had me bring it back. within 1 day I got it back with the button replaced, no charge. the button matched perfectly. Will be my go to cleaner from now on.

My husband bought a beautiful coat for me. After barely having the coat, I had a mishap in NL and my family came to the rescue! The coat was traveling back in a plastic bag and was nervous that it was ruined.When I got to our house, and opened the plastic bag, I read the care instructions and it stated, “Professional Dry Clean Only.”Panicking, I never used a dry cleaning company before and was worried that it would be expensive, but needed a coat!I googled and Apple Dry Cleaners popped up amongst other names.I called and explained to the lady what happened.She was sweet and professional.Taught what I could bring and in what condition(s).After the conversation, I...read full review

This place is awesome. I dropped off a king size comforter for cleaning. The last one I tried to do myself was ruined. Because I tried to do it myself. They had it finished and bagged up in just a couple of days. It was fantastic; because it wasn’t ruined and I didn’t have to try and deal with it myself. They get bonus points for being super nice, friendly, and helpful.
