What's the point of setting up an online appointment, just to arrive and be told first come first serve. The staff today was horrible! Will never step foot in this place again.

I always have a great experience at Sport Clips. The staff is friendly, the environment is relaxed, and the service is consistently solid.
Amanda in particular does an excellent job. She’s easy to talk to, really listens to what you want, and consistently delivers a great haircut. You can tell she takes pride in her work and pays attention to the details.
Highly recommend this location and definitely recommend booking with Amanda R.

I had my hair cut at Great Clips in Washington Illinois on freedom parkway. The employees began fighting with customers, and then The guy cutting my hair came back to the station and just began shaving my head. I paid and left as to not in-site another conflict. I got in my car and began looking for a place to fix my hair. Sport clips in East Peoria on River road came up. I immediately drove there. Upon walking in Courtney greeted me. I asked if there was anything they could do to fix my horrific situation. Without judgment, Courtney led me to her station, and began correcting my damaged haircut. I was so impressed I posted about the wonderful experience I had at Sport Clips. I will now be booking all of my future haircut needs with Courtney. As will all the Men in my family. Stellar service and fantastic customer service! To Courtney, thank you, you saved my thanksgiving holiday. Nathan M.
