Technician Dave Hoffman performed the annual maintenance process on our air conditioning system for JNL and did it in a thorough and expeditious manner. He explained in detail the need for a particular replacement part and was able to complete the installation real time. We've had a solid relationship with this company for the past nine years.
David did and outstanding job on our air conditioner. He provided excellent service, determined the root cause of the issue and resolved it. David was very professional and courteous and is a great representative of JNL. David also gave recommendations for our Fall furnace cleaning so any potential issues would be resolved during that service call. We are longstanding customers of JNL and highly recommend them.
