I was seen by Michelle D. who’s a PA there. She was very nice and very professional! She asked about any other concerns besides what I was there for. I’ve had really bad experiences at the Naperville and Lombard location and it’s why I decided to give it a shot here and I’m glad I did. The medical assistant and registration lady were also very nice and the waiting was not long. Very friendly place!

Would be 5 stars most of the staff and doctors are great. No issues or complaints whatsoever. Only issue is only one of the receptionists is super damn snotty and has an attitude every time I deal with her. Clearly doesn’t care about anyone. When there I needed help but was busy so didn’t go up again waiting for them to call on me. Then didn’t know she was done and another guest walked and and helped them like okay lady. Called the next day for results and same attitude problem. As if I was bothering her for calling. Looking for results okay we will call you then hung up.

Caring, considerate and cheery. Despite remodeling parameters, I had a very positive experience for my first at this location. It is really convenient and I would definitely return , if need be!
