We had a good experience with Bishop - quick response after we had a basement flood and needed a water heater replaced. Pat, our repairman, was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done.
I contacted Bishop Plumbing to fix my kitchen faucet and rod out the slow bath tub drain. Gina made me an appointment for the next day. James came out right on time. He only took about 5-10 mins to rod out the tub, then started on the kitchen faucet. He showed me the bad part, and offered to come back after the part was ordered. I asked if he had the same or similar faucet in stock. He checked, and a nearby tec delivered it to the house within 20-30 mins ! It was a very close match, and it is running great. Thanks so much to James and The staff at Bishop Plumbing for your great service, and making my life a lot easier.
A super team of professionals. Bryan, Joe S and Lionel. They arrived on the date scheduled and addressed my sewer issue. Communicated every step of the process. Kept me well informed. Very pleased with the work and cleanup. Returned the yard to its original condition. Would highly recommend.
