Tica installed our new furnace and fixed our central A/C that has been broken for 4 years. Charles and Aaron did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous,polite, and answered any questions we had. After the job was completed they throughly cleaned up leaving no mess. Thank you Tica for a job well done?. Tica co. Won And is number one for so many reasons! And I’ve only done business with them so far just the estimate portion of shopping heat pumps, AC. Showed up on time had a detailed estimate the next day outlining different heat pump options, labor warranty cost, and left his number that I could text and call any business hours and get a call back and a message back right away Unfortunately, my three estimates for AC did not go well as Jessie heating and cooling never sent me an estimate And designer drop the ball and is not the same company that I worked with 13 years ago I kept getting their estimate, including a furnace or not Including... read full review

My condenser stopped working and A/C would not kick on called on Sunday and a tech came out Monday morning, come to find a loose wire-something simple our unit kicked on immediately. Thank you tica I am very pleased with this company that is what you call good business and my loyalty
