Steve, the Trupower tech, was personable, informative, and efficient when servicing our 12-year-old generator. He helpfully told me of service issues that might be coming up but were not needed yet. Trupower installed our generator 5years ago. They took extra initiative to upgrade the battery for any generator they install. Even after 5 years the battery is still in factory specs. Impressive. They ensure that the generator is 100% working order and that the sw is always current. I didn't hesitate to recommend them to my neighbor who wanted the security of a standby home generator due to medical equipment needs. The work with you to make the purchase and service contract affordable. It's refreshing in this day and age to deal with a company that understands the economic situation of a client and works with then with their interest in mind.
