I can not find enough superlatives to express the character and ability of Steve. We had some tricky starting issues on our Generac generator and the service provided was ABOVE AND BEYOND anything I have experienced before. The thoughtfulness, communication and willingness to do what was right to solve the root cause and not just patch with a bandaid is frankly rare to see these days. I wholeheartedly fully recommend this company and Steve in particular for ANY generator related issues, maintenance needs etc. The responsiveness from the first callback through final transaction has been five stars across the board.
