The location can be very busy, please use the app to set your appointment. You can set your appointment and if your running late you will always be the next online as long as you’re not an hour late, they take the next person until you arrive. All people working here are very nice and ask if you want an mvp this is a shampoo, hot towel on your face, shoulder massage with a machine and a hair cut. If you have the time please try it. The ladies here are all very talkative and friendly and ask detailed questions about your cut as they progress through the cut. They a bit over priced but they do good work
My 12 year old chose to get a haircut to go from his very long hair to a much shorter boys' cut. We had the store manager, Ashley, give him his haircut, followed by a my son's first spa style comfortable hair wash with warm towel and massage.
His hair looks great. Great and easy conversation. It was an all around really delightful experience. Plus the store design is nice. Family friendly environment and a great boy haircut.
I used to get my haircuts from salons, but it is not needed now with the multiple sport clip locations! There is an app to check in for your visit to gauge the approximate wait time. The MVP haircut experience is fantastic, you will pay 3x the amount for this at a salon! The stylists are personable and knowledgeable about cutting your hair in the preferred style. It helps to bring in a picture on your phone. If you are a little skeptical of getting your haircut at a "franchise" and "non-salon" type of establishment, I would recommend giving this place a try. You will be pleasantly surprised!
