I forgot before Rocco was the most outstanding customer service person I have worked with in a Very long time Maria so caring and kind a true professinal !! Rocco installed my new system Polite and considerate Respectful of my home He explained how everything was going to work I am very pleased with the work completed
Absolutely fantastic experience! George & Son's came out quickly and without any hassle, even during the busy holiday season. The technicians, Ed and Rocco, were right on time, extremely personable, and very efficient. They changed out my water heater and also handled the intricate piping that needed to be replaced as part of the installation. Everything was done cleanly and professionally, with clear explanations along the way, and the job was completed faster than I expected. It’s such a relief to find a reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly team. Highly recommend them for HVAC and water heater work!
Process was less than two weeks. From initial quote to install. Replacement outdoor HVAC, and not an easy one. George throughly explained product information along with and provided expert recommendations. FYI his recommendation was not the most expensive. On the job site first thing this morning: George, Chris, Brad, Racco, Mark. (told you it was not an easy install) Equipment was here bright and early, no waiting. Guys kept me informed along the process. No surprises when Gas or Electricity was shut off or turned on. Warned that there would be a smell when the heat was tested.
