A&R Diagnostic Services Inc promptly responded to our work order and scheduled a day and time that worked best for us. As the kitchen manager for the Schererville Red Robin (which does a lot of catering before opening hours) it was crucial to schedule the service call for a time that would not conflict with any orders. A&R was flexible and helped us find a time that was perfect! On top of that, Paul and the team were able to get everything covered for us under manufacturers warranty!
