After a chemical haircut at another salon left me feeling devastated and anything but confident, I was completely at a loss and just wanted to cry. I called Carrie in a panic, feeling helpless. Carrie is amazing, I recently read a review stating she doesn’t know how to do curly hair, as someone who has long unmanageable curls, I have to say she can tame the mane. She has done a wonderful job numerous times for me. She is worth every penny spent, which is the same as a locally owned salon. It is hard to please everyone, but always remember this is there lively hood and they can only do what the customer allows. I have never been disappointed with Ulta.
