Fantastic place if you want to reach your full physical potential!I had problems with knee and hip pain which was limiting my movements greatly around the house. I started having knee pain over ten years ago and other pt facilities made me worse and personal trainers couldn't get me very far. I was on a constant mission trying to avoid pain by eating super healthy and needing to limit activity or else I would have constant pain. First off, I'll be a little dramatic by saying I was seriously at the end of my rope. While I would never do anything drastic, I was seriously considering that I can't imagine this will be my life forever and I just didn't want to face it. I had severe BPPV (vertigo) for months. I've had it before but the longest it ever lasted was a half day. This time was day in, day out for months with no relief at all.Finally, after many doctors visits my ENT recommended Dana at Smith PT. I immediately called and was in to see her within a few days. I loved going to Smith physical therapy. Tracy was so knowledgeable and helpful. Every time we did different exercises so it was never boring. She made exercising fun! I looked forward to my appointments with Tracy and the gals at Smith. I highly recommend them.
