Called Roto Rooter for a rod out and Bruno showed up within an hour. Immediately assessed my situation and resolved it with the the utmost level of Custer service. He told me everything that was happening every step of the way. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Wonderful customer service, and will definitely use them again.
