We had some standing water from a failed sump pump in our basement. We called and they were able to send someone out quickly to evaluate and get us a quote. Our insurance denied the claim and we ended up handling the clean up ourselves however Brendan still followed up with us to make sure we were doing ok and make sure we didn’t need anything. Outstanding customer service and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Thank you SO SO much to you and your team for an incredible, speedy response and fantastic work in getting our crisis under control and addressed. When a pipe broke over our collection and water ran for five hours, I thought we would be dealing with the aftermath for a long time. However, your swift and organized response meant we were able to get the carpet reinstalled and all furniture moved back into place just 8 days after the disaster - with minimal impact to operations. I hope to never have to deal with an issue like this one again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to reach out to you and your team. Restoration 1 of Cary was amazing after our recent basement flood. Brendan showed up immediately after the call and began assessing the damage. Within an hour of the assessment, Terry and Connor were moving totes and cleaning up all the excess water. By the afternoon, they had all the water cleaned up, fans in place, and assured us within a few days we would be back to normal. That is exactly what happened. Austin came on Friday to check humidity levels and determined we needed a few more days of drying. On Monday, Terry and Connor came back and collected their equipment and put everything back in its place. Last Wednesday, we were devastated with all the water and today, it is like nothing happened. Our losses were minimal, but the team inventoried everything they determined was not salvagable and made the entire issue simply seamless. Brendan, Austin, Terry, and Connor your quick response and hard work is so appreciated. This team was amazing and even though I hope to never have to use them myself, I HIGHLY recommend them for your restoration needs.

Great company, came out in a timely manner and made sure they did all they could to ensure my home was dry after freezing pipes burst. Terry, Conner, and Austin were very courteous, explained everything that was going on, answered my questions, worked with my schedule, helped me move large furniture upstairs, and did quick and efficient work. They even shoveled my driveway one snowy day and brought out my garbage cans when they were buried in the garage that was being worked on. They go above and beyond to help - highly recommend.

Restoration 1 did a great job with remediation after a burst pipe damaged our house. Brendan, Terry, and Conner responded quickly, assessed the damage, and started working to dry everything out the same day. Their communication throughout was excellent. I highly recommend them!
