My first time getting electrolysis. Loubna is skilled and knowledgeable. She explains everything. She is efficient, so got a lot done on my first appointment. She is easy to talk to and friendly & honest. I look forward to my next appointment and treatments until I am free from facial hair. Her address is on Addison - not Belmont. Her price is fair as electrolysis is not cheap. The treatment only caused slight redness which was gone in 30 minutes. I will repost again at the end of my treatments. It will take at least 3-6 months because of the growth cycles. I can’t wait! So glad I found her!

I love this place, but the first time I went there for my appointment I was a little bit nervous. Because I had never had electrolysis done before and I didn't know what to expect. But after meeting Loubna, my jitters went away. She made me feel very comfortable, she explained the process thoroughly, and she answered all my questions. The salon is very clean and tidy, she makes scheduling appointments very easy, and so far I LOVE the results am getting. No more chin whiskers and I couldn't be happier :) I just wish I had done this sooner. I highly recommend this place.
