Brow Art 23

I don't know what all the negative reviews are about. Every time I go to Brow Art 23 there is a line of ladies waiting to be served. I have been getting my eye brows threaded for over 20 years and been using this place for at least 5. Their work is great and the shop is always clean.

Jasmine (the guy) was straightening her hair when I walked in and didn't wash her hands before doing my eyebrows. Talk about unsanitary. Generally had a shitty attitude when I was explaining how I wanted my eyebrows, told me to be quiet and hold my eyebrow. Only giving it two stars because my eyebrows look pretty decent, just rude customer service and unsanitary conditions brings my review down a couple notches.

I go here all of the time, and I'm usually always happy with my eyebrows. However, the past few times I've gone I have had issues with Jasmine/James. His attitude is TERRIBLE and he should not work in customer service if he is going to allow his nasty attitude to overshadow his talent. The way he talks to customers is unacceptable and very unnecessary! He was very disrespectful with the way he spoke and interacted with me and I was being as pleasant as I could be. My last encounter with him has brought me to the decision that I won't be returning here anymore.
